Make Appointments On Google Calendar

4/15/2022

Google Calendar is the time management and scheduling tool created by Google. It allows you to make appointments, organize your daily tasks, and more. The time management tool works best for people who need to simplify and plan their busy schedule. You can schedule Google Hangout calls with a click of a button while scheduling a remote meeting. The appointment slots feature lets you set one period of time on your calendar, divided into available time slots for people to reserve. For instance, professors can have their students reserve time during office hours each week, or the library could let anyone visiting their website schedule an appointment for a room during a set time period. And from now on you can ask Cortana to “Create appointment” and follow along with what Cortana asks like the event name, date, and time. Both the Google and Windows 10 Calendar will remain in.

With this handy tip, you can generate a new template from a standard event in your G Suite Calendar.

This method utilises the publish feature in a G Suite Calendar event and takes advantage of the “on the web” nature of G Suite.
